Key responsibilities
• Managing end-to-end overseas hiring for doctors, nurses, engineers, technicians, and skilled and unskilled workers
• Working with international clients to understand manpower demand letters and job requirements
• Overseeing candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, trade tests and credential verification
• Coordinating deployment steps: HRD attestation, Dataflow, GAMCA medical, visa stamping, emigration clearance and travel
• Hiring across Healthcare, Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, IT and FMCG
