Role Summary The KYC Operations team serves as the first line of defense in identifying and mitigating risks associated with new and existing clients. The team is responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, client due diligence, verification, and screening activities to support regulatory compliance and help manage financial crime, sanctions, and reputational risks. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct KYC and client onboarding reviews in line with established policies and procedures.
• Verify legal and active status of organizations through regulatory and public sources.
• Perform due diligence and client validation checks using internal and external information sources.
• Review documentation and maintain evidence supporting client verification activities.
• Conduct screening and research on organizations and individuals, including adverse media and other risk-related assessments.




• Support ongoing monitoring activities and ensure client information remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and onboarding decisions.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting defined service level agreements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to KYC, AML, Compliance, Client Onboarding, Banking Operations, Customer Service, Verification, or Risk Operations will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within established timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
