Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms on a full time, on-site basis in Navi Mumbai. This role involves developing content calendars, producing short-form and long-form posts, designing or coordinating visual assets, and adapting content to platform-specific formats such as Reels, Stories, and posts. The creator will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and improve audience engagement. Daily tasks include writing captions, scripting and filming basic videos, coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals,



and responding to audience interactions in line with brand guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong content creation abilities, including social media copywriting, basic visual storytelling, and familiarity with short-form video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media management, such as planning content calendars, posting consistently, and optimizing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Candidates should possess basic digital marketing skills, including understanding of audience targeting, engagement metrics, and content performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and leadership teams and to handle feedback constructively.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience or internships in social media or content creation.
• Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe tools, or mobile editing apps) and an understanding of current social media trends will be considered an advantage.
