Experience:
10–15 years in financial services, with at least 5+ years specifically in managing Corporate DSA/Connector networks.
• Experience Nature:
• Proven track record of building a regional sales vertical from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of mortgage (HL/LAP) and unsecured business loan sourcing dynamics in South India.
• Experience with SaaS or Digital Infratech platforms is highly preferred to align with Yubi's "TSP Play". Exact Day-to-Day Functioning
• DSA Acquisition & Onboarding: Identifying high-volume corporate DSAs and individual connectors in South Indian hubs (Chennai, BLR, Hyderabad, Coimbatore) and migrating them onto the Yubi platform.




• Lender Alliance Management: Coordinating with South-based regional heads of partner banks to ensure their products are seamlessly integrated into the DSA digital journey.
• Platform Sales: Acting as the "Phygital" bridge—training DSAs to move from physical file submissions to Yubi's digital OCR and status-tracking tools.
• Team Building: Hiring and managing the first cohort of Feet-on-Street (FOS) Sales Managers (approx. 3–5 for the South region). Performance Monitoring: Reviewing real-time status tracking dashboards to identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-disbursement cycle. Experience & Qualifications
