Role Description The Human Resources Management Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves partnering with client organizations to assess current HR practices, design and implement HR policies, and develop human capital strategies aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting HR audits, advising on organizational structure and workforce planning, implementing HRIS solutions, and supporting change management initiatives. The consultant will facilitate leadership development and training programs, guide performance management processes, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Management Consulting, including diagnostic assessments, stakeholder management, and implementation of strategic HR interventions.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including policy design, documentation, compliance, and communication across the organization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including selection, configuration, optimization, and user training.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
