What You’ll Do: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end store operations, inventory control, material management, team supervision, vendor coordination, and process improvement. If you have solid experience managing industrial stores, engineering materials, inventory, documentation, and cross-functional coordination, we would like to hear from you What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth material flow, proper storage, and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management: Take ownership of stock accuracy, receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the store team, including work allocation, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Material & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Purchase, Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure timely availability and movement of materials.
• Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement effective inventory control practices to maintain optimum stock levels, minimize excess/obsolete inventory, and reduce material wastage.




• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation, stock records, material movement records, and compliance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, material movement, stock levels, consumption, and store performance.
• Cost & Process Improvement: Monitor store-related expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes. Skills:
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse / Material Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial / Technical organizations preferred.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s – Any Engineering degree.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP / Inventory Management Systems & MS Excel.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and analytical abilities.
