Pan India Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Hiring for one of the Big 4's Clients Overview We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Python development, automation frameworks, API integration, Ansible, and containerized environments. The role involves automating operational processes, enhancing system efficiency, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python
• Develop and manage Ansible playbooks for deployment, configuration, and orchestration
• Build and support REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Automate infrastructure, application, and operational tasks across enterprise environments
• Develop scripts and utilities for monitoring, reporting, and system administration
• Manage and support Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads
• Troubleshoot automation failures and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application,



and DevOps teams to implement automation solutions
• Maintain CICD pipelines and support deployment automation
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Participate in production support, incident management, and on-call activities Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development and automation
• Strong experience with Python scripting, automation frameworks, and API integrations
• Hands-on expertise in Ansible automation and configuration management
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar API frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes administration/troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CICD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience in troubleshooting production environments and conducting root cause analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
