Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Collections Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions to resolve overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely cash collections while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. The role involves verifying account information, accurately documenting all collection activities,



and adhering to established compliance and regulatory guidelines. The Collections Specialist will also collaborate with the Finance and Customer Service teams, provide regular updates on collection statuses, and contribute to continuous process improvements in debt recovery operations. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and skills in debt collection and cash collection, with experience handling overdue accounts and negotiating repayment solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage sensitive conversations, build customer trust, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• A sound understanding of finance to interpret financial statements, evaluate repayment options, and align collection activities with organizational policies.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and debt collection management systems.
• Relevant experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or the financial services industry is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, achieve collection targets, adhere to compliance standards, and manage high-volume customer interactions in a structured work workplace.
