About the Role
Econstruct Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a BIM Specialist for our Bangalore office to deliver coordinated, high-quality BIM models and documentation on live projects. Econstruct is a structural engineering and BIM consultancy with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore.

We offer
structural design, BIM, project management and civil contracting services. You will work directly with project teams and clients, from model development through to site.

• Software: Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks

Salary:
₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month
• Reports to: Project / BIM lead (to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities
BIM modelling
• Develop accurate architectural, structural and MEP models in Revit to the LOD defined for each project
• Create and manage families, templates, worksets and shared parameters
• Maintain model health: file size, warnings, links and view organisation
• Set up and follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards and naming conventions Coordination and clash detection
• Federate discipline models in Navisworks and run clash detection
• Prepare clash reports, assign issues to the right discipline and track them to closure
• Lead discipline coordination meetings and record decisions
• Check model data and information exchange against project requirements Documentation and quantities
• Produce drawings, sheets, schedules and quantity take-offs directly from the models
• Check that drawings are consistent with the model and the latest design changes
• Manage revisions, issue registers and version control Client and site
• Attend client meetings: present model progress, take comments and agree actions
• Explain BIM outputs and coordination issues clearly to architects, engineers and contractors




• Visit sites to verify as-built conditions against the model and drawings
• Raise site issues and update the model to reflect agreed changes Project delivery
• Plan and prioritise your tasks to meet project deadlines
• Support project managers with progress updates and BIM deliverable status
• Review modelling work from other team members for quality and standards Qualifications and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on BIM experience on live projects
• Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP
• Proficiency in Navisworks: model federation, clash detection, markup and reporting
• Good understanding of LOD, BIM standards and multi-discipline coordination workflows
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Experience producing construction drawings and schedules from Revit models
• Working knowledge of MS Office and a Common Data Environment (CDE) Qualified Skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication, with confidence in client meetings
• Ability to present technical information clearly to non-BIM stakeholders
• Comfortable making site visits and working with on-site teams
• Solid attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work
• Able to manage time and handle several project deadlines at once
• Collaborative, proactive and open to feedback Preferred (not mandatory)
• Experience with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools
• Familiarity with Indian codes and construction practices
