Andheri (W), Mumbai (onsite) ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for an Creative Producer for social-first content who leads the ideas and concepts as well as the production, taking an idea from concept to script to shoot day and making sure it happens as planned. You will work with the writer and the creative direction on one side, and the crew across direction, camera, art and lighting on the other, and speak with clients whenever needed. The ownership of making things happen will be on you. As a startup, our roles keep evolving, so you will wear many hats. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the ideas and concepts for social-first content, from the first idea to the final video
• Lead end-to-end project execution for social-first content, from pre-production to final delivery, and own making things happen
• Plan pre-production and the project schedule, and keep the team collaborating smoothly
• Work with the writer on scripts and help break them down into shot lists
• Help in casting, finding and confirming the right cast for each shoot
• Work under the creative direction and make sure it is implemented on set during the shoot
• Coordinate across direction, camera, art and lighting in real time to keep shoot days strictly on schedule
• Produce branded content, DVCs, social campaigns, performance ads, performance marketing videos and core content for platforms and brands
• Speak with clients whenever needed, to share updates, clear doubts and keep projects moving QUALIFICATIONS




• 1+ year of agency experience in production (agency background is a must), having produced branded content, DVCs, social campaigns, performance ads, performance marketing videos and core content for platforms and brands
• Creative thinker who can come up with ideas and concepts for social-first content and lead them from idea to shoot
• Has coordinated with a writer on scripts and can help with shot listing
• Has handled real-time coordination across direction, camera, art and lighting to keep shoot days strictly on schedule
• Strong in pre-production planning, project planning and team collaboration, and able to lead a project end to end
• Comfortable working under a creative direction and making sure it is carried out on set
• Transparent, confident communicator who can speak with clients whenever needed
• Adaptable and happy to take ownership across functions in a small team BONUS POINTS
