Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the life and health insurance sectors.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to agents to enhance their sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
