Mahim, MumbaiAbout the Role We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong blend of digital marketing, content development and marketing automation expertise. The candidate will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing initiatives, managing content across digital platforms and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, analytical and comfortable working across multiple digital marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Performance MarketingPlan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns.
Drive lead generation through paid campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
Manage the company's digital presence across YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Oversee website content updates and coordinate future website development initiatives.
Plan and execute newsletters using Stripo and Zoho Campaigns.
Execute sales and marketing email campaigns using Apollo and Zoho CRM.2. Content Development & ManagementDevelop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Create and manage social media content across platforms.




Conceptualise video content and coordinate with in-house and freelance video editors.
Develop website content using AI tools, internal resources and external content partners.
Write and develop marketing communication, newsletters and campaign content.
Create marketing presentations, decks and company showreels.
Develop long-form blogs and thought leadership content as required.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across all digital touchpoints.3. Marketing & AI AutomationIdentify opportunities to automate marketing processes and workflows.
Set up and manage CRM automations using Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for content development, research and marketing activities.
Explore and implement AI-powered email automation solutions.
Improve marketing workflows through the effective use of AI and automation tools. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong content writing and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaign execution.
Understanding of lead generation, SEO and digital marketing analytics.
Proficiency in AI tools and their practical application in marketing.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and email marketing tools.
Understanding of social media management and content distribution.
Ability to conceptualise and coordinate video and multimedia content.
Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and coordinate with external agencies and freelancers. Experience & Qualification5–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Practical experience in performance marketing and content development.
Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation.
