Role Description The Preschool Teacher role at The Shri Ram Wonder Years – Noida 121 is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, facilitate learning through play, and support early childhood development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Daily responsibilities include implementing the curriculum, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining a protected, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians,



participate in school events and meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards of care and learning. The role also involves creating engaging learning materials, using positive behavior guidance, and fostering respect, curiosity, and confidence in each child. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching methods.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for preschool and kindergarten levels.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment and manage groups of young learners calmly and responsibly.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
