We're hiring: E-commerce & Quick Commerce Specialist ? ? Mumbai | Full-time | On-site | 1–3 years of experience At Aéromé (part of Ivaana Ventures), we create fragrances for homes and businesses: diffusers, ambient scenting, and refills. Our quick commerce and marketplace channels are growing quickly, and we're looking for someone to take full ownership of them. This isn't just a listings job. You'll own the channel's numbers, make decisions, and work directly with leadership. ? Platform & Catalogue Management
• Run our seller accounts on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon & Flipkart
• Create and optimise listings, including titles, content, images, and pricing
• Onboard new SKUs and expand into new cities and dark stores ? Inventory & Supply Planning
• Track stock and sell-through by city and dark store every day
• Forecast demand, raise POs, and coordinate inbound shipments with ops
• Catch stock-outs and aging inventory before they cost us ? Growth & Performance Marketing
• Plan and run platform ads (sponsored listings, banners, search ads)
• Run deal days, festive campaigns, and promotions
• Improve ROAS, visibility, and conversion ? Reporting & Analysis
• Build weekly and monthly dashboards covering GMV, ROAS, fill rate, margins, and returns
• Track competitor pricing, assortment, and ratings




• Turn the data into clear action plans ? Stakeholder Management
• Be the main point of contact for platform account managers
• Handle escalations, claims, payout reconciliation, and compliance
• Work with marketing, operations, and finance ✅ What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience on Q-comm or marketplace seller portals (Blinkit or Zepto experience is a big plus)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivots, lookups, and dashboards
• A solid grasp of inventory planning, unit economics, and platform ad tools
• A self-starter who's organised, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
• FMCG, home care, beauty, or D2C experience is a bonus ? Why join us
