Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations for the Noida office in a full time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes to support business growth. The HR Manager will handle performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance resolution to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. They will also manage HR policies,



compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation, while partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The role involves regular HR reporting, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives. Qualifications
