About the Role
Medikabazaar is looking for a dynamic clinical professional to be part of technical sales team. The position combines clinical expertise, product management, and technical sales support for the Radiotherapy and Oncology Devices business. The qualified will act as a bridge between the sales team and clinical stakeholders, helping drive business growth by providing product knowledge, clinical insights, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team during pre-sales discussions and product evaluations.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of radiotherapy and oncology equipment.
• Own product management activities for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Radiation Oncologists
• Medical Physicists
• Radiation Therapy Technologists (RTTs)
• Hospital oncology departments
• Cancer centers
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support business growth and market development within the oncology segment.




• Coordinate with internal teams on product positioning, training, and customer support. Skills Required

• Clinical / Medical Industry background with an experience of 8-10 years especially in
• Radiation Therapy Technology
• Medical Physics
• Radiation Oncology
• Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows and equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with senior clinicians and hospital decisionmakers.
• Interest in transitioning from a pure clinical role to a techno-commercial role. Qualifications
