Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant with robust expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team and work on enterprise-level implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and managed services. ? Experience 8+ years of IT experience 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience ?

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and deploy solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a robust focus on HRSD.
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations for large enterprise environments.
• Configure and develop HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and other platform components.
• Support production enhancements, defect resolution, architectural changes, upgrades, and major ServiceNow releases.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Support managed service delivery models, including production support, continuous improvement, SLA-driven delivery, and platform optimization.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and upgradeability.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, estimation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work on integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and HCM/HR systems and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and contribute to platform governance and standards. ? Mandatory Skills

• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication ? Preferred / Valuable-to-Have
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow HRSD certification
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations
• Experience working with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and development
• Experience with platform architecture and technical design
• Experience handling complex enhancements and production issues
