Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing chemicals and solvents from China, developing supplier networks, negotiating competitive prices, and managing procurement activities for the company's trading business.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source and develop reliable chemical manufacturers and suppliers across China.
• Source bulk chemicals, solvents, specialty chemicals as per company requirements.
• Identify and develop new suppliers using various sourcing methods and platforms.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines with Chinese suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and profitable trading opportunities.
• Verify supplier credibility, manufacturing capabilities, and product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers for samples, COA,



MSDS/SDS, technical specifications, and other required documents.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery timelines with suppliers
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for shipment schedules.
• Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations in China.
• Build long-term relationships with Chinese manufacturers to ensure consistent supply and better commercial terms. Ideal Candidate profile:
• Experience in chemical sourcing, procurement, & international purchasing.
• Experience of Chinese chemical manufacturers, suppliers and market trends.
• Understanding of international trade, import procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop new supplier networks.
