Role Description The Territory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayodhya. This role is responsible for managing sales and relationships within an assigned geographic area, including regular visits to distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote the company’s agrochemical products. The Territory Manager will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical guidance on safe and effective usage, and gather market intelligence to support business decisions. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, planning and executing field activities, organizing farmer meetings or training sessions,



and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and territory performance. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely supply, resolve customer issues, and support marketing initiatives in the region. Qualifications
• Strong sales and territory management skills, including experience in agricultural or agrochemical products.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain product perks and usage clearly.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance and market trends.
• Knowledge of local agricultural practices and crops in and around Ayodhya.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work primarily in field conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar on-site field role will be an advantage.
