About the Role
Kleem Organics is looking for a proactive, resourceful TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to help grow our presence in the US market. The role is primarily focused on creator discovery, affiliate recruitment, outreach automation, and campaign management, alongside day-to-day TikTok Shop operations. We're looking for someone who's comfortable using technology, loves finding smarter ways to work, and can independently manage projects without constant supervision. You'll work directly with the CEO, take ownership of your responsibilities, and have the opportunity to grow alongside the brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Discovery & Affiliate Management (Primary Focus — ~70%)
• Discover, research, and recruit US-based TikTok Shop creators using Reacher, Euka AI, or similar tools.
• Build segmented creator lists based on GMV, niche, performance, and collaboration potential.
• Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and recruitment workflows.
• Manage sample seeding, paid collaborations, creator communication, and content deliverables.
• Create creator briefs, campaign guidelines, and messaging templates using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Track affiliate performance, creator activation, content output, and GMV. 2. TikTok Shop Management & Operations




• Handle day-to-day TikTok Shop US operations through Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Set up promotions, affiliate campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Optimize product listings and monitor shop performance.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop account managers and internal teams when needed. 3. TikTok Shop Ads & Growth
• Manage and optimize GMV Max Ads and monitor campaign performance.
• Identify winning affiliate content for paid advertising.
• Research content trends, creative angles, and growth opportunities.
• Track key metrics and share weekly performance updates. What We're Looking For
• Hands-on TikTok Shop US experience, particularly with affiliate and creator partnerships.
• Experience with Reacher, Euka AI, or similar creator discovery, outreach, and automation platforms.
• Comfortable researching creators, building lists, managing campaigns, and organizing workflows.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, GMV Max, and promotional campaigns.
• AI-savvy: Confident using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for research, creator briefs, communication, and workflow automation—or enthusiastic about learning advanced AI-powered workflows.
• Strong written English, attention to detail, and organizational skills.




• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision. Bonus Points:
• Experience working with US skincare, beauty, or DTC brands.
• Familiarity with Shopify, UGC content, and performance marketing.
• Experience connecting AI tools with creator management platforms to streamline workflows.
