2+ Years Employment Type: Full time Resolute Dynamics is looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D; team in Kochi. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in board-level electronics design, schematic development, PCB layout, prototyping, and hardware testing. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and bringing hardware concepts to life, we'd love to hear from you What You'll Be Working On:
• Designing and developing electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Component selection, evaluation, and BOM management.
• Working with ECAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad.
• Supporting PCB prototyping, assembly, soldering, and rework.
• Performing board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
• Using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and other lab equipment for testing.




• Collaborating with firmware and embedded software teams.
• Preparing hardware design documentation and test reports.
• Supporting SI/PI simulations and DFM/EMI/EMC considerations.
• What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware or board-level electronics design.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency in at least one ECAD tool (Altium Designer preferred).
• Practical experience with PCB design, prototyping, and hardware debugging.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
