About us
Space Consulting is a Sydney-based building services engineering consultancy, established two years ago. We deliver practical, buildable and cost-effective mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and ESD designs across residential, commercial, education and health projects.

Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining 3D mechanical services models in Revit for building services projects.
- Coordinating and sharing models and drawings with the project team through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Producing mechanical design drawings and documentation from those models.
- Working closely with our engineers on HVAC, hydraulic, and fire services designs.
- Preparing drawings in AutoCAD where required.
- Coordinating with architects and other consultants, and updating models and drawings to suit design changes.
- Keeping drawings accurate, compliant and issued on time. Skills and qualifications
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in mechanical services drafting and modelling.




• Proven ability to model mechanical services in Revit. This is a core requirement.
• Experience working with Revit on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly regarded.
• A relevant qualification in drafting or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage your own workload.
• Building services experience is highly regarded.
