experience:
2-5 years Accommodation and Meals Provided by the company Responsibilities Responsible for quality control of incoming milk, the production process and finished goods, along with quality-system documentation and hygiene training at the plant.
· Check and record incoming milk quality daily.
· Monitor process quality and finished-goods quality against approved standards.
· Maintain quality documents and records as required under FSSAI, FSSC and EIA.
· Train operators and employees on hygiene, GMP and process-quality practices.
· Identify and report quality deviations, and support corrective action.
· Take ownership of the overall quality of the product and process. Qualifications Food or Dairy Technologist
