Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The Sales Officer will engage with prospective and existing customers, present project features and advantages, conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries to support informed buying decisions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining and updating sales records, coordinating with channel partners, and supporting end-to-end sales operations from first contact to closure. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering market feedback,



and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, follow up effectively, and support consistent closures.
• Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to work with external partners, brokers, and agencies to expand market reach.
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is beneficial, along with basic knowledge of local property markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, ability to maintain accurate records, and strong organizational and time-management skills are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, and the ability to communicate in local languages and English is highly desirable.
