We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in luxury residential interiors, modular furniture, space planning, 2D working drawings, and advanced 3D visualisation. The candidate will be responsible for developing premium design concepts, managing client expectations, guiding junior designers, and coordinating with execution teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of complete residential interior projects.
• Create premium design concepts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, TV units, and complete homes.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and execution drawings.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and professional design presentations.
• Manage client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions.
• Select appropriate materials, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, colours, and finishes.
• Guide and supervise junior interior designers and 3D visualisers.
• Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality.
• Review drawings, measurements,



BOQs, and material specifications.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design standards and deadlines.
• Resolve design-related challenges during production and on-site execution. Technical Skills Required
• AutoCAD: Advanced 2D working drawings and detailing.
• SketchUp / 3ds Max: Advanced 3D modelling.
• D5 Render / V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion: High-quality realistic rendering.
• Photoshop: Professional design presentations.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, interior materials, hardware, and execution detailing. Candidate Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio of completed residential interior projects.
• Excellent design sense, creativity, and technical knowledge.

• Ability to independently manage projects and lead a design team.
