Role Description The Article Trainee will support audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under the supervision of senior professionals in the Mumbai office. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, working papers for audits, and basic tax computations and filings. The role also involves supporting compliance activities, documentation,



and learning to apply relevant accounting and tax standards in client engagements. The trainee will participate in training sessions, research tasks, and client coordination as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
• Interest in taxation, compliance, and learning direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and professional conduct in client-facing situations.
• Ability to work diligently in a structured environment, manage timelines, and collaborate within a team.
• Currently pursuing or intending to pursue Chartered Accountancy (CA) or a related qualified qualification.
• Graduation or ongoing studies in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
