Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily store and office operations, including assisting with inventory checks, basic data entry, and coordination of routine administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include helping with visual merchandising, supporting simple marketing and promotion activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.



The intern will also assist in preparing reports, updating internal trackers, and communicating with cross-functional teams as needed. This role offers hands-on exposure to organized retail and F&B; operations, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Qualifications
• Robust interest in retail, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands, with a willingness to learn operational processes.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in business, commerce, hospitality, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Professional attitude, reliability, and openness to feedback and mentoring; prior internship or part-time experience in retail or F&B; is an advantage but not mandatory.
