ABOUT VENTURESATHI Venturesathi is a Rourkela-based outsourcing company specializing in call center services. We help businesses manage customer interactions, back-office operations, and client support efficiently. As we scale, we are investing in building our digital brand and ensuring Venturesathi is visible where it matters — including on AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a curious and self-driven fresh graduate to join us as a Trainee in Digital Community Building and AI Search Research. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how Venturesathi is discovered online — particularly on Reddit, which has become one of the top sources cited by AI search engines. You will build our presence in relevant online communities, research how AI tools surface BPO and call center content, and create authentic posts and discussions that position Venturesathi as a credible, helpful voice in the outsourcing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reddit Community Building
• Identify and monitor relevant subreddits: r/bpo, r/callcenters, r/outsourcing, r/entrepreneur, r/IndiaStartups, r/IndiaBusiness, r/smallbusiness, and others
• Engage authentically — answer questions, offer insights, and build credibility without overt self-promotion
• Draft and publish original posts addressing real pain points of businesses that outsource customer support or back-office work
• Track engagement, community rules, and audience behavior; maintain a weekly activity log
• Build a persona and account reputation over time through consistent, value-first participation AI Search & SEO Research
• Monitor how Venturesathi and competitors appear in AI-generated answers on Perplexity, ChatGPT,



and Google AI Overviews
• Research which subreddits and content types are regularly cited by AI tools for BPO, call center, and outsourcing queries
• Identify high-value questions where Venturesathi could build visibility through community content
• Prepare weekly research reports on AI citation trends, keyword opportunities, and competitor presence Content & Market Intelligence
• Write explicit, helpful content that reflects Venturesathi's expertise in call center operations
• Compile intelligence on market conversations, client pain points, and competitor mentions online
• Propose new content angles and community opportunities to leadership on a weekly basis WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Fresh graduate — any stream (Commerce, Arts, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or equivalent)
• Strong written English communication skills — clear, natural, and engaging
• Genuine curiosity about digital marketing, AI tools, and online communities
• Comfortable spending time reading Reddit threads and understanding community culture
• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and deliver without constant supervision
• Basic familiarity with ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google is a plus
• Prior experience with Reddit, blogging, or content writing is an advantage — not mandatory
