Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities across core HR functions in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Chandigarh, includes assisting with maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment logistics, and supporting onboarding processes. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR policies, aiding in the administration of employee benefits, and supporting personnel management initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR reports,



helping organize employee engagement activities, and collaborating with HR team members on ongoing projects and process improvements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Perks administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee documentation handling.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in building a career in HR and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
