LLP provides qualified services and business technology solutions, including implementations on Zoho. Our work connects finance, business operations and technology through process design, configuration, automation and client delivery. 3.0 ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking Management Interns to support business analysis, client coordination, implementation planning, documentation and testing across Zoho and allied projects. The internship offers practical exposure to the complete implementation lifecycle — from understanding client requirements and documenting business processes, through to validating solutions and supporting deployment. 4.0

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities set out below are common to both specialisations: ▪ Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops and progress reviews. ▪ Prepare meeting minutes, process documents and action trackers. ▪ Assist with business requirement documents, process mapping and gap analysis. ▪ Support implementation planning, data mapping and configuration activities. ▪ Assist with functional testing, defect tracking and user acceptance testing. ▪ Prepare user guides, training materials and project documentation. ▪ Coordinate with business users and implementation teams for timely completion of assigned tasks. 5.0 SPE CIALISATION REQUIREMENTS5.1 POSI TION 1 – FINANCE & FUNCTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION INTERNEducation al Qualification: MBA in Finance, with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
Preferred Knowledge: ▪ Accounting principles,



journal entries and financial statements. ▪ Accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and payment processes. ▪ Bank reconciliation, inventory accounting and basic financial controls. ▪ Foundational understanding of GST and TDS. ▪ Ability to connect business transactions with accounting outcomes. 5.2 POS ITION 2 – TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS ANALYSIS INTERNEducation al Qualification: MBA, with an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Knowledge: ▪ Basic software development and implementation lifecycle concepts. ▪ Databases, structured data, application workflows and system integrations. ▪ Logical analysis and translating business needs into functional requirements. ▪ Familiarity with SQL, APIs, process modelling or low-code platforms is an advantage. 6.0 COM MON SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES ▪ Strong written and verbal communication in English. ▪ Working knowledge of Excel, documentation and presentations. ▪ Structured thinking, attention to detail and accuracy. ▪ Ownership of assigned tasks and willingness to learn. ▪ Skilled handling of confidential business information. ▪ Availability to complete the agreed internship period in full. 7.0 TER MS OF ENGAGEMENT ▪ The internship is for a fixed term as agreed at the time of joining, subject to the minimum and maximum duration stated above. ▪ The Intern shall comply with the Firm’s policies on office timings, attendance, leave, confidentiality and code of conduct, as communicated at the time of induction. ▪ All work products, documentation and deliverables created during the internship shall remain the property of the Firm. ▪ Stipend, if applicable, shall be as communicated in the offer of internship. ▪ On satisfactory completion of the agreed period, an Internship Completion Certificate will be issued. 8.0 APP LICATION PROCESSIntereste d candidates may send their updated resume, clearly mentioning the specialisation applied for, to the HR Department at [email protected] .
