JP Nagar, 3rd Phase, Bangalore Department: Academics Position: Mother Teacher / Primary Teacher – Grade 1 Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for Grade 1 to handle primary-level students and teach English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS). The candidate should have excellent teaching skills, patience and the ability to create a positive, engaging and child-friendly learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle Grade 1 students as a Mother Teacher.
• Teach English, Mathematics and EVS as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids and classroom activities.
• Make learning interactive, activity-based and enjoyable for young learners.
• Develop students' reading, writing, communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Monitor students' academic progress and maintain assessment records.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of students.




• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings and other academic responsibilities. Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.

Ed / NTT qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably at the primary level.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics and EVS.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Should be patient, caring, creative and passionate about teaching young children.
• Ability to use innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
