Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Data Analyst to collect, interpret, analyze, and present complex business data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in data analytics, SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with the ability to convert business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and operational metrics.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from databases.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Present analytical findings and insights to management and relevant teams.




• Mentor junior analysts and support the development of analytical best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Robust knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel functions and data modeling.
• Understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance business metrics, claims analysis, policy data, and customer analytics.
• Familiarity with data governance, reporting automation, and business intelligence practices.
