The Laborer will perform general manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and assisting with basic facility upkeep and organization. Responsibilities may include cleaning work areas, disposing of waste materials safely, and supporting routine maintenance activities under supervision. The role involves following safety procedures, using simple tools and equipment as instructed, and helping team members complete daily operational tasks.



The Laborer is expected to maintain punctuality, follow directions carefully, and contribute to a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Qualifications
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
• Reliability in attendance, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Positive teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to cooperate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Previous experience in general labor, facility support, or a related role is beneficial but not required.
