Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop campaign strategies to drive sales, leads, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad performance to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Set up and manage campaign testing strategies, including creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Implement retargeting strategies and conversion funnel optimization.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications




• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing lead generation and e-commerce sales campaigns.
• Understanding of campaign structures, budget allocation, audience targeting, and optimization.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic decisions.
• Good understanding of ad creatives, copywriting, and marketing funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets. Good to Have
• Experience working with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with Google Looker Studio and marketing reporting.
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic marketing.
