Job Summary Kofteci Foodkrafts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Stewards. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.




• Support upselling and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service, preferably in fine dining.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of table service, menu presentation, and restaurant etiquette.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and guest-focused.
