Job Description
Responsible for teaching Biology to I and II PUC students through effective classroom instruction and practical laboratory sessions. The lecturer should ensure syllabus completion, strengthen conceptual understanding, prepare students for board examinations and NEET, and monitor overall academic performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Biology as per the Karnataka PUC syllabus. 2. Handle theory and practical laboratory sessions. 3. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials. 4. Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance. 5. Provide academic guidance and NEET-oriented coaching. 6. Maintain laboratory records and ensure safety. 7. Participate in departmental meetings and institutional activities. Qualifications & Skills

Education:
M.
Sc. in Zoology, Botany, or relevant biological sciences.

Experience:
3–5 years of teaching experience.
- Subject Knowledge: Robust understanding of PUC Biology and NEET syllabus.

Skills:
Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring abilities.
- Preference: Candidates with NEET coaching experience. •
