What You'll Do
You'll be more than an editor.
• Edit high-quality YouTube and short-form content
• Work extensively in Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Review and improve other editors' work
• Set and maintain editing quality standards
• Develop new editing styles and workflows
• Give clear creative feedback and direction
• Think about pacing, storytelling, retention, and viewer psychology
• Help build editing SOPs and systems
• Take ownership of deadlines, revisions, and final quality We want purposeful editing. Every animation, transition, visual, sound effect, and text treatment should have a reason. AI & The Future of Editing We're actively exploring how AI can make our editing team faster, smarter,

• Strong professional editing experience
• Advanced Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Robust understanding of YouTube
• Excellent pacing and storytelling
• Strong visual and creative judgment
• Ability to review and guide other editors
• Strong communication and ownership Bonus:
• Experience leading or mentoring editors
• Agency or creator experience
• Motion graphics expertise
• Understanding of YouTube analytics
