The company offers opportunities to develop technical skills within a structured manufacturing setup. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Turner role based in Nagpur Rural. The Turner will operate and manage lathe machines to manufacture and repair components used in elevators and gravity separators. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, measuring and marking out workpieces, and machining parts to specified tolerances. The role involves routine inspection of finished components, basic maintenance of tools and machines,



and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Turner will collaborate with supervisors and other production staff to meet manufacturing targets and support smooth shop-floor operations. Qualifications
• Hands-on experience operating lathe machines and other conventional machining tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, sketches, and engineering specifications.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Understanding of shop safety practices and proper handling of machines and materials.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or fabrication, preferably in heavy or industrial equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for machine-related issues and attention to detail in finishing components.
• Ability to work in office in Nagpur Rural, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines.
• Relevant vocational training or ITI certification in Turner trade or a similar mechanical discipline is preferred.
