Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Shillong. In this position, the associate will support the promotion of MegSol’s IT services and solutions by identifying prospective clients, presenting offerings, and following up on leads. Daily responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines. The role involves providing responsive customer service, sharing product and service information,



and collaborating with technical teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions. The associate will also participate in training sessions, prepare basic sales reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support lead generation, conversion, and campaign execution.
• Experience or interest in Training activities, such as explaining product features and guiding clients on services.
• Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions, with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and follow-ups.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Shillong and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common office and productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
