Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Articled Assistant – CA / CMA – Final, based in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will support audit, assurance, and accounting engagements, including preparing working papers, reviewing financial records, and assisting with statutory and internal audits. Daily responsibilities include helping with tax computations and filings, maintaining books of accounts, preparing reconciliations and schedules, and supporting compliance and documentation for various regulatory requirements. The role also involves working closely with senior team members on client deliverables, participating in client meetings, and contributing to research on accounting, taxation,



and regulatory updates. Qualifications
• Registered CA / CMA Final candidate with a recognized professional body; pursuing or having completed relevant articleship requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic direct and indirect tax concepts.
• Ability to work with MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting and ERP software is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear work papers, reports, and client correspondence.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• High level of professional ethics, integrity, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulatory and client requirements.
• Relevant internship or prior experience in audit, accounting, or taxation will be considered an added advantage.
