Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects from initial client brief to final handover. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, understanding requirements, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site work to ensure design accuracy and quality. The role involves selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and decor elements in line with project budgets and timelines, as well as preparing presentations and documentation for client reviews. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division,



requiring regular presence at the studio and project locations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) skills for creating cohesive, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for comfort, utility, and flow.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to interpret and develop technical drawings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Candidates should have proficiency in design and visualization software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Candidates should demonstrate strong creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
