Job responsibilities
• The role is responsible to generate leads through inbound and outbound telephonic calls / Visits. The role is also responsible to track the business generated by the employee which are being transferred to the sales team.
• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations or meetings
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
• Maintain MIS and trackers as per the standard procedures
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
• Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints Outbound Sales calls
• Communicating with customers , making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and converting sales.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering premium customers' questions and sending additional information via email and WhatsApp




• Staying informed about complete product knowledge, services, and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and potential customers.
• Identifying and qualifying current leads through research.
• Calling Social Media enquires and converting maximum leads. Inbound Calls
• Answering incoming phone calls and taking appropriate action for each inquiry or complaint.
• Forwarding inquiries or complaints to the concerned department and following up for resolution within the TAT.
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Explaining product and service features to customers.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office and CRM Skill and Responsibilities
· Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
· Adapt knowledge of working with MS Office
· Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Should be able understand customer needs and present product over voice call as per the customer needs
• Should have relevant experience of 0-4 years
