Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, offering compensation up to 6 LPA. The Interior Designer will plan and design residential and commercial spaces aligned with client requirements, brand standards, and functional needs. Responsibilities include developing concepts, space plans, mood boards, and layouts; preparing detailed drawings and specifications; and selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in coordination with procurement and project teams. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors,



and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction, conducting site visits for measurements and quality checks, and addressing design-related issues during execution. The Interior Designer will also support cost estimates, timelines, and documentation, while contributing to a consistent, high-quality client experience across SquareYards projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including finishes, materials, and product sourcing.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, client-handling, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is preferred.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, time-management skills, and a willingness to visit sites and manage multiple projects concurrently.
