Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an ASM/ASE – Personal Care/Skin Care position at Akava Luxury. The role is responsible for driving sales and market penetration of personal care and skin care products across assigned territories such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot. Day-to-day activities include managing distributor and retailer relationships, planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring product visibility and merchandising in stores. The ASM/ASE will analyze market trends and customer feedback, support promotional campaigns,



and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience. The role also involves regular field visits, training and motivating sales staff, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation of sales performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering a high-quality brand experience in personal care and skin care.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of personal care and skin care products; familiarity with medicine or critical care medicine is an advantage for understanding product benefits and safety.
• Candidates should possess skills in sales planning, territory management, and relationship building with distributors and retailers.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data, monitor competition, and identify growth opportunities.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or skin care sales, preferably in similar markets or regions.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work in office with frequent field travel, manage multiple priorities, and use basic digital tools (MS Office, CRM or sales reporting systems).
