About the Role
Dynamic Netsoft Technologies is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 System Administrator with 4–5 years of experience in managing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Key Skills & Technical Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud & On-Premises) and AX 2012.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), Business Central, CRM, Customer Engagement (CE), and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Power BI, reporting, and dashboard configuration.
• Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products.
• Basic understanding of X++ and AL (Application Language).
• Experience in server certificate management and certificate rotation, particularly for on-premises environments.
• Understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, and server administration. Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Install, configure, manage, and administer Dynamics 365 F&O;, Business Central, CRM, CE, and Dataverse environments.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), including environment onboarding, deployment packages, database movement, and platform upgrades.




• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines to automate application and package deployments.
• Configure Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enable seamless integrations with Dynamics 365.
• Set up and monitor Power BI reporting, batch jobs, workflows, and email parameters within Dynamics 365.
• Manage and maintain virtual machines across Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Manage and monitor ISV licensing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 environments.
• Manage infrastructure and networking across local data centers and cloud environments.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and remediation support for Dynamics 365 and related infrastructure.
• Support and execute upgrades and migrations from Dynamics AX 2012, Feature Pack, and Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365.
• Perform server SSL/TLS certificate management and periodic certificate rotations, especially across on-premises Dynamics environments.
• Provide customized Dynamics 365 technical solutions and support services to international clients. Preferred Candidate Profile
• 4–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 administration, technical support, or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud and on-premises environments.
• Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.
