Role Description The Security Guard role is a full time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and conducting regular patrols to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and damage. Daily duties include checking identification, maintaining visitor logs, inspecting security equipment, and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents promptly. The role also involves assisting visitors and staff with directions, responding to alarms and emergencies in line with established procedures, and cooperating with supervisors and local authorities when required. The Security Guard is expected to maintain a professional presence,



uphold safety standards, and follow all company policies and post instructions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact respectfully and clearly with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security to effectively patrol, monitor, and safeguard facilities and assets.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Security awareness to handle access control, identification checks, and basic screening procedures responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting is beneficial.
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods, work shifts as required, and perform duties that may involve standing or walking for long durations.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is an advantage but not always mandatory.
• Secondary school education or equivalent, with the ability to read and write reports clearly in English or local language, is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, training, and certification in security and safety practices as per company and regulatory requirements.
