The Role Manage CSR fundraising, corporate relationships, proposal development, implementation, reporting, and compliance in alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Mobilise CSR funds and build corporate partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and donor communications.
• Support negotiations and finalise CSR agreements.
• Ensure transparent reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the organisation at networking events and conferences.
• Monitor CSR performance and share regular stakeholder updates. Minimum Qualifications
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), Development Studies, Sociology, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related social sciences field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA in Sustainability/CSR, or Master’s in Development Studies/Rural Management.
• CSR Executive:



Minimum 1 year of experience.
• CSR Manager: Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Experience in community development, NGO coordination, or CSR initiatives preferred. Relevant BSW/MSW internships will be highly valued.
• Robust understanding of social development challenges, stakeholder mapping, and project lifecycle management.
