What You'll Do
? Strategy & Business Planning Define business models, market positioning, and growth strategies. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities. ? Venture Building & Execution Drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution. Develop actionable roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ? Business Development & Partnerships Build relationships with gaming studios, publishers, investors, and distribution partners. Explore opportunities across mobile, PC/console, Web3 gaming, and gaming technology.



? Business & Financial Analysis Support business planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial modelling. Evaluate monetization models and track key business performance metrics. ? Founder’s Office & Leadership Support Manage strategic priorities, project timelines, and follow-ups. Prepare business updates, research reports, and leadership presentations. ✅ What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in business strategy, business operations, management consulting, business development, or a Founder’s Office role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.
