Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Current Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients in selecting designer ensembles, accessories, and complete looks that reflect their personal style, occasion, and budget. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, presenting product options with strong brand and collection knowledge, and ensuring a premium in-store customer experience. The role involves managing client appointments, maintaining visual standards on the shop floor, and supporting sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.



The Fashion Consultant will collaborate with store management and fellow team members to share trend insights, contribute to merchandising decisions, and uphold PSL’s luxury service standards. Qualifications
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of Indian designer wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
• Demonstrated fashion consulting and styling skills, with the ability to create cohesive looks for diverse client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear, confident presentation of style recommendations.
• Customer service skills focused on building long-term relationships, delivering personalized experiences, and handling client queries professionally.
• Sales skills, including consultative selling, cross-selling, and comfort working with individual and store-level targets.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion boutiques, or personal styling is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a polished, fashion-forward personal presentation.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in the fashion industry.
