• To do HVAC system design, ensure energy-productive, sustainable, and code
- compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives
• Knowledge on design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting design, piping design, Ventilation calculations, Life Safety systems and equipment selections
• Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC standards, Local & international codes
• Review and validate layouts, schematics, and system control strategies
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration
• Conduct value engineering to optimize system efficiency and lifecycle costs.
• Provide Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning
• Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,.)
• Provide Technical support for BOQ reconciliations
• Guide & develop the team for the department growth
